These are a delightful desert that tastes like  Elephant Ears from the county fair but are a diabetics worst nightmare.

2 8 oz. packages of Tofutti® Cream Cheese   

2 packages of crescent Rolls   

1 Cup Sugar   

1 teaspoon of vanilla   

2 tablespoons of Cinnamon mixed with 2 tablespoons of Sugar   


Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350°. Grease a 9″x12″ baking pan with buttery spread. Sprinkle bottom of pan with some of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.   

Step 2:  Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl.   

Step 3: Line bottom of pan with one package of crescent rolls. Place cream cheese fillings on top of layer of crescent rolls. Smooth out until its even. Cover filling with second package of crescent rolls.  Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture. 

Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool until filling is cool enough to not scald the mouth.
