3 Green Onions

1/2 small Cucumber, seeded and cut into chunks (about 1/2 cup)

18 oz. Tofutti® Better than Cream Cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/8 teaspoon Salt


Step 1: Trim away roots from base of green onions; place in a food processor bowl.* Add cucumber to food processor bowl. Cover and process until coarsely chopped.

Step 2: Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Cover and process until almost smooth.

Step 3: Transfer to medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Spread on toasted bagel halves.

Yields: 6-8 servings, about 1 1/3 cups spread

*NOTE: If you don’t have a food processor, finely chop the cucumber and white part of the green onions. In a medium bowl combine cucumber, green onions, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce and salt. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover, refrigerate, and serve as directed.
