This Recipe requires the use of a crock pot. 


5 teaspoons soy sauce

16 oz Asian veggie mixture, frozen (I used bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas, mushrooms and green peppers)

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1 lb Chicken breats, cut into strips

2 cups orange juice


Step 1: Add all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and give them a good stir

Step 2: Place in a crock-pot on medium heat.

Step 3: Allow to cook for at least 4 hours and up to 8.

Serve alone or over rice.

Yields 4 servings
