I love pasta. I am always looking for ways to spice it up, from homemade spaghetti sauce to using olive oil and seasonings. This yummy little recipe mixes in turkey and green peppers to create wonderful flavor. You can add Kraft Zesty Italian dressing to give it added flavor.
1 pound ground turkey
2 green bell peppers, chopped
8 ounces farfalle pasta
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Step 2: While pasta is cooking, cook turkey and peppers in large skillet over medium heat until turkey is done. Drain turkey mixture and return it to the pan. Pour in the broth, season with black pepper and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Toss pasta with sausage sauce and serve.
