Dairy free dipping sauces, either for fruits or veggies, can be hard to find. Fruits and veggies are delicious, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes I like to add a little zest to my snack foods. This fruit dip is a sweet and tarty dip that’s great for citrus or melon fruits, in particular watermelon. With summer coming up, I thought this would be a great recipe to help cool off hot summer days!

Ingredients

6 oz soy yogurt, plain if you can find it, vanilla if you can’t.

2 teaspoons honey

grated peel and juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Step 1: Combine yogurt, honey, lime peel and juice in a small bowl. Stir well to mix.

Yields 4-6 servings.
