I love the taste of Asian food. It is always flavorful. The following recipe is quick and easy.


16 oz of chicken, cut into strips

1 cup gluten-free sesame ginger stir-fry sauce, divided

1 cup uncooked long grain rice

4 medium carrots, chopped (about 1 cup)

4 oz snow peas, halved (about 1 cup)


Step 1: Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce for 6 hours, turning once halfway through.

Step 2: Spray indoor grill pan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Place chicken in pan. Grill until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Step 3: Meanwhile, Cook rice according to package directions. Keep Warm

Step 4: Meanwhile, pour remaining 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce into large nonstick skillet; heat over medium-high heat. Add carrots and snow peas; cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add rice; stir to combine.

Step 5: Divide rice mixture between 4 plates. top with 4 oz of chicken strips.

Yields 4 servings
