I love black beans. They are delicious and add a lovely flavor to whatever they are in. This recipe is inspired by Panera Bread’s Black Bean soup.

Ingredients

1 box of Pacific’s Gluten free Spicy Black Bean Soup

1 large red onion, diced

2 cans Goya Black Beans

2 tablespoons freshly ground peppercorn medley (Black, white, green and pink peppercorns)

1 tablespoon freshly ground sea salt

1 tablespoon freshly ground garlic

splash of balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon ground basil leaves

Instructions

In a large pot combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat until hot all the way through, stirring occasionally.
