So, when I get tired of eating Amy’s Kitchen Fire Roasted Vegetable pizza, I make homemade pizzas using take and bake french bread from my local grocer. They come out as nice individual 4 piece pizzas; hot and fresh. It’s a very simple recipe and can be done with children or as a night in with the hubby.


1 Take and Bake French Loaf

1 cup Daiya Mozzarella shreds

1 cup Barillo Spicy Marinara sauce

Turkey Pepperoni, mini Sweet Peppers, and onions to taste


Step 1: Bake the loaf per instructions. Allow to cool.

Step 2: Cut loaf from end to end in about 2 in thick slices.

Step 3: Top with sauce, shreds and toppings (in that order)

Step 4: Bake 325 F for 10 – 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
